2. Scope of Services
Landscapers Willesden offers a range of landscaping services including but not limited to:

- Planting and maintenance
- Hardscaping installations such as patios and pathways
- Fencing and decking
- Tree and shrub care
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
All quotes provided by Landscapers Willesden are based on the information supplied by the Client at the time of the request. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes. Payment terms are as follows:
- An initial deposit of 30% is required upon acceptance of the quote.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or major credit cards.
Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in our invoicing policy.
4. Service Scheduling and Modifications
We strive to accommodate the Client’s preferred schedule. However, all service dates are subject to availability. To modify or reschedule services, the Client must provide at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or rescheduling charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the property and desired services.
- Ensure that the service area is accessible to our team and equipment.
- Obtain necessary permissions or permits required for specific landscaping projects.
- Inform us of any potential hazards or specific site conditions that may affect service delivery.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
Landscapers Willesden offers a satisfaction guarantee on all services provided. If the Client is not satisfied with the workmanship, we will return to address and rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Additionally, any plants or materials supplied come with the manufacturer's warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to perform our services to the highest standards, Landscapers Willesden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific services rendered.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through friendly negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to mediation before pursuing any legal action.
11. Amendments
Landscapers Willesden reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Landscapers Willesden regarding the services provided and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
